Refund policy

Need to return something? You have 14 business days from the delivery date to send items back.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.

You'll be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Once we receive your returned item, expect your refund to be processed within 5-7 business days. It will be credited to your original payment method.

Want to exchange an item? We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same product.

Changed your mind about your order? You have a 2-hour window after placing it to cancel.
